Effective date: 25 August 2026
Version: 1.0
Important legal notice: This is a working draft for legal and technical review. It is not formal legal advice. Before publication, Grande Ladies should verify its actual hosting provider, payment provider, analytics and advertising technologies, cookie inventory, retention schedule, registered office address, international-transfer safeguards and any appointed Data Protection Officer or UK representative.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Grande Ladies Media Group Ltd, company number 16622827, United Kingdom (“Grande Ladies”, “we”, “us” or “our” ), collects and uses personal data through grandeladiesmediagroup.ltd, the Grande Ladies marketplace, account area, listing tools, advertising services, contact forms, newsletter and related services (together, the “Platform”). The website identifies info@grande-ladies.com as its contact email in some forms and info@grandeladies.com in its imprint and contact information. The correct address must be standardised before publication.
For most processing described here, Grande Ladies is the data controller. Where we process personal data solely on behalf of a business customer under that customer’s instructions, that customer may be the controller and Grande Ladies may act as a processor under a separate data-processing agreement.
The UK GDPR expects privacy information to explain who the organisation is, why data is processed, the lawful basis, recipients, international transfers, retention, rights and complaint routes. This Policy is structured to address those requirements as they apply to the Platform.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect only data that is reasonably necessary for the purposes described below. Depending on how you use the Platform, this may include the following categories.
Category | Examples |
Identity and account data | Name, username, account ID, age confirmation, role, company name, job title and login credentials. |
Contact data | Email address, telephone number, business address, correspondence address and contact preferences. |
Business and listing data | Company information, website and domain details, listing title and description, business category, project information, images, videos, logos, services, financial or operational information voluntarily provided for a listing, and contact links. |
Transaction and enquiry data | Enquiries, messages, communications, requested introductions, package selections, advertising orders, invoices, payment status and records of support interactions. |
Verification and compliance data | Identity, authority to act, business ownership, age eligibility, sanctions or fraud-screening information and documents where verification is required. We request only what is necessary for the particular check. |
Technical and usage data | IP address, browser and device information, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps, error logs, security events, cookie identifiers and interaction data. |
Marketing data | Newsletter subscription, advertising preferences, consent records, unsubscribe records and campaign interaction data. |
Communications data | Information included in contact forms, support requests, messages, reviews, reports and correspondence with us or other Users through Platform features. |
Sensitive or adult-industry data | We do not intentionally require special-category data merely because the Platform serves the adult industry. Do not submit health, biometric, sexual-life, sexual-orientation or other sensitive personal data unless it is strictly necessary, lawful and specifically requested. |
Please do not upload passports, identity documents, intimate images, private contact details, customer lists or other confidential information unless we have specifically requested it through a secure process and you are authorised to provide it.
3. How we collect data
We collect information directly when you create or use an account, submit a Listing, select a package, purchase or request advertising, contact us, subscribe to the newsletter, communicate with another User, report content or request support.
We also collect technical information automatically when you browse or use the Platform, subject to applicable cookie and electronic-communications rules. We may receive limited information from service providers, fraud-prevention tools, payment providers, publicly available business sources, referral partners or another User where lawful and necessary for a stated purpose.
4. Purposes and lawful bases
The table below explains the main purposes for which we process personal data and the usual UK GDPR lawful basis. The correct basis must be confirmed against the actual technical implementation and business process.
Purpose | Typical data | Lawful basis |
Create and administer accounts | Identity, contact, login and technical data | Performance of a contract; legitimate interests in account security. |
Publish and manage Listings | Account, business, listing, media and contact data | Performance of a contract; legitimate interests in operating the marketplace. |
Enable enquiries, messages and introductions | Contact, account, communications and listing data | Performance of a contract; legitimate interests in facilitating requested business contact. |

Provide support and answer enquiries | Contact and communications data | Performance of a contract; legitimate interests in responding to requests. |
Verify Users, Listings or business opportunities | Identity, authority, ownership, fraud and compliance data | Legal obligation where applicable; legitimate interests in preventing fraud and protecting the Platform; consent where required. |
Protect security and prevent abuse | IP address, logs, device data, account and fraud signals | Legitimate interests in network security, fraud prevention and Platform integrity; legal obligation where applicable. |
Improve the Platform | Aggregated usage, technical, feedback and support data | Legitimate interests; consent where non-essential analytics or tracking requires it. |
Send newsletters and direct marketing | Contact details, preferences and consent records | Consent where required by PECR or applicable law; legitimate interests only where lawful and appropriate, with an opt-out. |
Display advertising and measure campaigns | Technical data, cookie identifiers and campaign data | Consent for non-essential advertising or tracking technologies where required; legitimate interests for strictly necessary delivery. |
Meet legal and regulatory obligations | Relevant account, transaction, verification and communications records | Legal obligation; legitimate interests in establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. |
Establish, exercise or defend legal claims | Relevant records and correspondence | Legitimate interests; legal obligation. |
We do not use personal data for a new incompatible purpose without providing additional information or obtaining consent where required. If we rely on legitimate interests, we balance those interests against your rights and expectations.
5. Marketplace, Listings and public information
Information placed in a public Listing may be visible to visitors, Users, buyers, sellers, investors, advertisers, partners, search engines and third-party services, depending on the Listing settings and Platform design. Public Listings may include a business name, logo, website link, social media link, business description, location, contact route, images, project information and other material submitted by the Seller or advertiser.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis and all required permissions before submitting personal data about another person. Do not include personal phone numbers, private email addresses, customer lists, employee details, identity documents or sensitive personal data in a public Listing unless expressly necessary and lawfully authorised.
A User who submits a Listing authorises Grande Ladies to host, reproduce, format, categorise, display, promote, translate where necessary, distribute and back up the Listing for the operation and marketing of the Platform, subject to the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. Grande Ladies may remove or restrict a Listing to comply with law, protect privacy, respond to a rights request, address fraud or enforce Platform rules.
Grande Ladies is a marketplace operator and does not generally determine the purposes for which Users later use contact information obtained through a Listing. Users who receive personal data through the Platform become independently responsible for complying with applicable data-protection and direct-marketing laws.
6. Messages, contact forms and communications
When you use a contact form, support channel, newsletter form or messaging feature, we process the information you provide to respond, deliver the requested service, moderate abuse, maintain records and protect the Platform. Communications may be stored for a reasonable period for support, quality, security, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.
Do not use Platform messaging to send spam, unlawful content, payment credentials, passwords, private intimate material or unnecessary sensitive data. We may review or filter communications where reasonably necessary for security, moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance or responding to a report. We do not promise that every message will be reviewed or intercepted.
7. Adult-industry, age and safety information
Grande Ladies focuses principally on the international adult-industry ecosystem. The Platform is intended for adults and business users. We may collect an age confirmation or verification record where required for access, safety, legal compliance or a particular service. Age confirmation does not by itself verify identity or legal compliance.
We do not seek to collect details about a person’s sexual life or sexual orientation merely because the person visits the Platform. If a User voluntarily includes such information in a Listing or communication, that User is responsible for having a valid legal basis, providing any required notices and complying with applicable law. Grande Ladies may remove sensitive or unlawful content and may report suspected exploitation, abuse or child sexual exploitation to competent authorities where required or appropriate.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The Platform may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags and similar technologies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for a service requested by you may be used without consent where the legal exemption applies. Non-essential analytics, advertising, behavioural or preference technologies require active, informed consent where required by UK PECR, the UK GDPR or other applicable law. The ICO states that consent must involve a clear positive action and that simply continuing to browse is not sufficient.
Technology type | Purpose | Consent approach |
Strictly necessary | Login, session management, security, load balancing, language preference and core Platform functionality | Used where necessary for the requested service; described in the cookie settings. |
Preference | Remember language, display or other choices | Consent where not strictly necessary. |
Analytics | Understand traffic, performance and feature usage | Consent before activation where required. |
Advertising and affiliate | Deliver, measure or personalise advertising and referrals | Consent before activation where required. |
Embedded third-party media | Display videos, images, maps or other external content | Consent where the embed stores or accesses information beyond what is strictly necessary. |
We must publish a separate Cookie Notice or an accurate cookie table naming each actual cookie, provider, purpose, duration, category and transfer location. Cookie settings must allow users to reject or withdraw non-essential consent as easily as they gave it. The current website configuration must be audited before this Policy goes live.
9. Direct marketing and newsletter
With your consent, we may send newsletters, business updates, Platform announcements, advertising information and relevant opportunities by email or other electronic message. Every marketing message will provide a practical unsubscribe or preference-management method.
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal. Service messages necessary to administer an account, order, security alert or legal relationship may still be sent even if you opt out of promotional marketing.
We do not sell personal data to data brokers. We may use service providers to send email, maintain subscription records and measure delivery or interaction where lawful and appropriately configured.
10. Payments and paid services
Grande Ladies may offer paid listing packages, advertising placements, website services or other commercial services. We process order, invoice, tax, payment-status and customer-service information necessary to administer those services. Payment card details should be handled by the designated payment provider and should not be sent to Grande Ladies by email or Platform message.
The actual payment provider, merchant-of-record arrangement, fraud checks, payment tokens, billing address, currency, refunds and chargeback process must be inserted here before publication. Grande Ladies should not claim that it stores no payment data until this has been confirmed technically with the payment provider.
11. Who may receive personal data
We may disclose personal data, where necessary and lawful, to the following recipients or categories of recipients:
1.hosting, cloud-storage, database, security, backup and technical-support providers;
2.website, account, marketplace, email, analytics, advertising and communication providers;
3.payment processors, billing, accounting and tax providers;
4.identity, age, fraud, sanctions and compliance-screening providers;
5.professional advisers, insurers, auditors and legal advisers;
6.authorities, courts, regulators and law-enforcement bodies where required or permitted by law;
7.the relevant User, Buyer, Seller, Investor, advertiser or business contact where you ask us to facilitate contact or where disclosure is inherent in a public Listing; and
8.a purchaser, investor, successor or adviser in connection with a business transfer, restructuring, financing or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Service providers may process data only under appropriate contractual instructions and safeguards. We do not authorise recipients to use your data for unrelated purposes merely because they receive it from us.
12. International transfers
Because the Platform is international, personal data may be accessed or processed outside the United Kingdom or the country where you live. Before publication, Grande Ladies must maintain a current list of actual countries and providers involved.
Where a restricted international transfer applies, we will use a legally recognised mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses, binding corporate rules or another permitted safeguard, together with any required transfer-risk assessment or supplementary measures. The ICO publishes guidance on safeguards for international transfers.
You may contact us to request information about the relevant safeguard, subject to lawful confidentiality restrictions.
13. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution needs. Retention must be documented in a separate internal schedule and aligned with actual system settings.
Record type | Typical retention principle |
Account data | While the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle security, disputes and legal obligations. |
Public Listings | Until withdrawn, deleted or removed, plus limited backups and records needed for legal, security and audit purposes. |
Enquiries and support | For the period reasonably necessary to resolve the matter and defend or establish claims. |
Orders, invoices and tax records | For the period required by applicable accounting and tax law. |
Verification and fraud records | Only for the period necessary for the relevant verification, fraud-prevention, legal or regulatory purpose. |
Marketing preferences | Until withdrawal or while needed to evidence consent and suppression requests. |
Security and technical logs | For a limited period based on security, troubleshooting and legal requirements. |
Backups | According to the backup cycle, after which data is securely overwritten or deleted. |
Where exact periods cannot be stated, the relevant criterion is the period required to fulfil the purpose, comply with law, resolve disputes and protect the Platform, followed by secure deletion or anonymisation where feasible.
14. Your privacy rights
Subject to legal conditions and exemptions, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and objection to direct marketing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
The right to object to direct marketing is absolute. Other rights depend on the lawful basis and circumstances. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We normally respond without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law.
To exercise a right, contact info@grandeladies.com and describe your request sufficiently for us to locate the relevant data. You may also use the account settings where an available self-service function exists.
You have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), or to another competent data-protection authority in the country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. The ICO’s website is https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
15. Automated decision-making and profiling
We may use automated technical checks to detect spam, suspicious login activity, malware, fraud indicators, duplicate accounts or prohibited content. These checks are intended to protect the Platform and are not normally intended to produce a legal or similarly significant decision about you.
If we introduce solely automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects, we will provide the information and safeguards required by applicable law, including a meaningful explanation and a route to request human intervention where required.
16. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, secure transmission where supported, account safeguards, backups, monitoring and incident-management procedures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for using a unique password, protecting your account, keeping software updated and notifying us promptly of suspected compromise. If we become aware of a personal-data breach that requires notification, we will follow applicable legal requirements.
17. Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for account creation, adult-industry Listings, investment discussions or commercial participation. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us immediately at info@grandeladies.com so that we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
18. Third-party websites and services
The Platform may link to or embed third-party services, Listings, payment providers, social-media platforms, advertising services, AI tools, analytics services or partner websites. Those third parties have their own privacy notices and may process data independently. Grande Ladies is not responsible for a third party’s privacy practices, security or content. Review the applicable third-party notice before submitting personal data.
19. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the Platform, law, providers or processing activities change. We will publish the updated version with a new effective date. Where a change is material and the law requires it, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
